In response to your request, I have been able to give your apartment a much-needed facelift with a primary focus on the two bathrooms, kitchen, and adjourning master bedroom. The design ideas are viz
1. The flooring of the apartment is given a wenge parquet flooring which accentuates the victorian/ Tudor look and matches the appearance of the rooms and spaces
2. The guest bathroom features the use of half-wall tiling and wallpaper with a change of fixtures and lighting as seen in the renderings
3. The master bathroom features the optimal arrangement of fixtures and the wc with an overheard additional storage space, half-wall wood siding, and wallpapers to compliment
4. The kitchen has a rearrangement of the kitchen workspace with the sink, refrigerator, and stove in close proximity. A change of wall finishes as it's been adorned with mosaic tiling fitting the theme of the space and adequate storage and work area around the island.
5. In due consideration, planning of the master bedroom was done with the arrangement of furniture all highlighting the middle ground desired aesthetics. All are seen in the rendered views.
