The project focuses on enhancing the living room area, requested to be located with views of the ocean as the main requirement.
The access was relocated to the west side next to the garage, allowing direct access to the house when arriving in the car.
A garage with a pergola roof can act as an extension of the dining room when needed. The external shower located on the other side of the house was also relocated to the site.

This summer house is completed with 3 bedrooms located behind the social area. Both spaces are divided by a double cabinet that in one side acts as a cupboard for cutlery and pantry and on the other side as a laundry room and linen closet.
besides this zone, the shared bathroom is located, and it has a sink outside to allow simultaneous use.
