Oggetto del presente contest è la ristrutturazione di una casa al mare da utilizzare per le vacanze estive.
Nel predisporre il progetto si è tenuto conto delle richieste del cliente e quindi a ristrutturazione ultimata l'appartamento risulta composto da una zona Living posizionata sul lato sud dell'edificio con vista mare, tre camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale e due doppie, due bagni entrambi con doccia e finestra. Nel disimpegno trova spazio la lavatrice ed un armadio per riporre detersivi ed accessori per le pulizie domestiche.
Sul lato ovest con vista mare, viene realizzata una veranda da utilizzare come zona pranzo all'aperto.
Sul lato est nelle vicinanze del cancello d'ingresso al lotto viene realizzata una tettoia adibita a parcheggio.


He object of this contest is the renovation of a beach house to be used for the summer holidays.
In preparing the project, the customer's requests were taken into account and therefore upon completion of the renovation the apartment is composed of a Living area located on the south side of the building with sea view, three bedrooms, one double and two twins, two both bathrooms with shower and window. In the hallway there is space for the washing machine and a cupboard for storing detergents and accessories for household cleaning.
On the west side with sea view, a veranda is created to be used as an outdoor dining area.
On the east side, near the entrance gate to the lot, a canopy used as a parking lot is built.
