Thank you for the opportunity to redesign your beautiful apartment. After analyzing and studying your needs and requirements, I came up with this proposal design. Firstly, the living room is designed from the extension of the living room and balcony. I put the big sofa next to the window, which requires a longer wall in the back. So, I closed the study room with a new room that made the room square. There are two sections in this living area: the sofa with the built-in TV media and bookcase and the other two armchairs with the grandmother's bookcase (mandatory 5). This grandmother's bookcase is recolored with white paint. In this grandmother's bookcase is a record player for some musicmusic to be played. One of the armchairs is the mandatory 7 with a new color (black leather); however, I put a different armchair model in the render view because it was hard to find a similar armchair for a 3d model. The additional TV media and bookcase in front of the sofa are designed similarly to the grandmother's bookcase with a simpler shape.
The dining room is designed with a 200x100 cm shape dining table with six chairs. There are also two sideboards/credenza to store beautiful plates and cups. Next to the front door, there is a closet to store coats and shoes. Beside the closet is a display shelf to store books and other things.
For the color palette, I choose neutral colors, such as the shade of "beige" and shade of "grey," with colors accent, such as the shade of "rust" or "ginger" color, the shade of "midnight blue." In the kid's room, the color palette is white, the shade of blue, and a shade of light brown.
