dopo aver valutato le sue necessità, ed analizzato gli spazi dell’appartamento, ho spostato il bagno dove lei preferisce. Nella stanza più grande è posizionato l’open space, ma per motivi di spazio ho dovuto inserire una piccola cucina con penisola in cui inserire due sgabelli. Nella parte degli elettrodomestici, dentro il mobilio, ho posto la lavatrice così non si troverà nel bagno come da lei scelto. Il divano, per mancanza di spazio sarà da due posti, il camino in bioetanolo sarà posto di fronte al divano. In bagno ci sarà la presenza del doppio lavabo e doccia walk-in. Come sua richiesta il pavimento sarà in parquet e la maggior parte del mobilio sarà in tonalità legno e grigio, altresì sarà necessario inserire il bianco poiché avendo lo spazio così ristretto questa tonalità donerà luce e farà sembrare la casa più spaziosa. L’unico muro da abbattere sarà quello dove ho inserito la camera così da poter inserire la cabina armadio. Non ho preso in considerazione l’idea dei soppalchi perché per fare questo si ha bisogno di un’altezza minima di 4.5 metri.

After evaluating your needs, and analysed the spaces of the apartment, I move the bathroom where you prefer. In the biggest room is placed the open-space, but for space reasons I had to entered a small kitchen with peninsula where to insert two high chairs.
In the part of the appliances, inside the furniture, I placed the washing machine so it won’t be found inside the bathroom as your choice. The sofa, for space missing it will be for two seats, the bioethanol fireplace will be placed in front of the sofa. In the bathroom it will be a double washbasin and walk-in shower. As your request the floor it will be parquet and for the most of the furniture will be wood and grey tones, also will be necessary insert the white because having the space so tight, this tone will give light and make the house seem more spacious. The only wall to break down will be the one where I insert the bedroom so to enter a walk-in closet. I didn’t consider the idea of mezzanines because to make it is needed a minimum of 4.5 meters height.
