Residenziale - Villa
The architectural proposal consists of a series of independent modules carefully arranged across the site to optimize views, privacy, and responsiveness to the natural topography. Each volume is strategically positioned in a staggered layout, allowing all interior spaces to maintain unobstructed visual connections with the surrounding landscape. The modular configuration also facilitates phased construction and preserves a portion of the site for potential future developments.
The project is defined by clean, modern lines and a material palette that balances structural efficiency with warmth and environmental sensitivity. Each module rests on reinforced concrete columns that support cast-in-place concrete floor slabs. The roof slab is supported by a system of steel profiles, providing structural clarity and allowing for large spans with minimal visual intrusion. Masonry walls are clad in wood to enhance both thermal performance and material richness. Generous glazing surrounds each unit, reinforcing the connection between interior and exterior and maximizing daylight intake.
Functional distribution and spatial hierarchy were key considerations in the layout. Modules were positioned to enhance user flow while maintaining privacy between functions. The bedroom, for example, is set furthest from the entrance to ensure seclusion and comfort.
The program is distributed as follows:
Technical Room: 13 m²
Living Room: 25 m²
Dining Area: 31 m²
Gym / Yoga Studio: 26 m²
Changing Room and WC: 26 m²
Bedroom: 26 m²
A 3 by 6 meter swimming pool is integrated into the landscape, providing a shared space for leisure and outdoor enjoyment, and reinforcing the project’s emphasis on wellbeing and connection with nature.
