Architectural Intervention Description
The project is conceived as a cluster of independent units organically distributed across a forested hillside, responding both to the site's topographic conditions and the area's special building regulations. The proposal adheres to the principles of Bauhaus design, emphasizing functionality, simple geometry, and the elimination of superfluous ornamentation. The result is a minimalist, lightweight architectural composition that harmonizes with the natural surroundings.

Each unit is designed with a maximum area of 35 m² and a height not exceeding 3 meters, in compliance with local regulations. While flat roofs are generally encouraged, the design strategically integrates a combination of flat and gently sloped roofs. This approach enhances the overall volumetric expression of the project while improving thermal comfort and enabling cross ventilation throughout the seasons. The interplay of roof geometries allows for climatic adaptability without compromising the clarity and integrity of the design.

Extensive glazing on façades, complemented by shading systems such as canopies and louvers, ensures controlled natural lighting and a constant visual connection with the surrounding landscape.

The overall layout follows a cluster architecture logic, allowing for phased development and the potential for future expansion. The units are connected through wooden terraces and outdoor walkways, framed by natural gardens that serve as transitional and contemplative spaces.

Programmatic Distribution:
Unit 1: Technical building, located near the entrance, houses the surge tank, electrical connections, and a wood-based central heating system. Its strategic position allows easy maintenance without interfering with the living areas.

Unit 2: Kitchen, dining area, and pantry, placed at the heart of the compound, supports social interactions, with large sliding glass doors opening onto a covered terrace and the landscape beyond.

Unit 3: Living room with fireplace, designed as the social core, offers a warm and open atmosphere framed by vegetation and views of the forest. The fireplace serves as both a functional and emotional centerpiece.

Unit 4: Master bedroom + small gym + bathroom, forms a private retreat that includes a flexible space for yoga and paired exercises. The design maximizes transparency and cross ventilation, ensuring thermal and visual comfort.

Unit 5: Two additional bedrooms + bathroom, one larger and one smaller, are intended for guests or family members. Their placement provides privacy and a direct connection to the surrounding garden spaces.

The chosen materials—natural wood and steel—reinforce the project's honesty and sustainability, blending seamlessly with the wooded environment. The architectural language remains subdued, fostering a dialogue between architecture, nature, and the experience of dwelling.
