The design concept focuses on openness, connection with nature, functionality, and privacy. The villa is composed of seven main units, all connected by semi-outdoor hallways, and oriented to the south to optimize natural daylight and views of the surrounding landscape. Below is a breakdown of each unit:
Unit 1: Living Room Area
Located at the heart of the villa, the space serves as the main social hub. It includes:
