The actual distribution of the spaces is optimal in the living area, but complicated in the bedrooms area. The project try to improve and simplify the space of bedrooms and bathrooms, making little changes, and creating a big walk in closet. The living area keeps the double exposure from one balcony to the other, but the kitchen moves from the windows to the center of the space so it does not block the light and become the joint between the dining area and the living room.
