La proposta presentata consiste in una completa rifunzionalizzazione dei locali sulla base delle esigenze descritte. Per fare ciò è stato necessario un primo studio per capire non solo le funzioni da inserire ma soprattutto il collegamento e quindi la relazione tra queste, così da distribuire tutti gli ambienti principali oltre a quelli accessori. Al piano terra trovano così spazio le zone comuni come la sala e la cucina oltre al bagno e ai servizi necessari, e inoltre tre camere ciascuna delle quali con bagno privato; al piano primo due grandi suite anch’esse con bagno privato. Elemento principale è stato quello di inserire per una buona porzione dell’area retrostante degli spazi verdi che possono essere a celo aperto oppure chiusi da vetrata in modo da far sempre passare areazione e luce naturale in modo da garantire una buona salubrità di questi ambienti che, con l’inserimento di piante e vegetazione rampicante, vengono valorizzati e godono anche di un grande impatto visivo. Altri elementi caratteristici sono il bow window che corre lungo le scale in modo da rendere anche queste ben illuminate oltre ad offrire ampi volumi sempre interessanti in ambienti ad uso ricettivo; ma anche il doppio volume creato sull’ingresso in modo da percepire fin sa subito una cetra ampiezza degli ambienti sempre abbinati ad un’eleganza che emerge anche con il ballatoio a giorno sopra l’ingresso che distribuisce le due camere al piano primo. Per quanto riguarda i bagni questi sono stati collocati per quanto più possibile a colonna in modo da ridurre i costi per la realizzazione dei sistemi di scarico; inoltre per offrire anche soluzioni accattivanti in base alla tipologia di suite i bagni vengono collocati, oltre che nella classica sistemazione tradizionale, anche in parte a vista dalla camera con lavabi di design e doccia con grande vetro walk-in e con solo i sanitari separati. Quest’ultima soluzione può eventualmente essere replicata anche nelle altre camere oppure convertita nella soluzione più tradizionale. Per offrire una visione più completa sono state proposte due soluzioni uguali per il numero di camere e servizi offerti ma con soluzioni differenti per quanto riguarda la sala principale che come si può vedere dalle planimetrie nella prima soluzione trova spazio nella zona sul retro e nella seconda in posizione più adiacente all’ingresso; ma anche per le suite al piano terra oltre che per altri accorgimenti che nella prima soluzione trovano spazio nelle ali ai lati dell’ingresso oltre alla suite principale in posizione terminale e accessibile tramite in percorso dal giardino d’inverno, mentre nella seconda in posizione terminale trovano spazio due suite gemelle con bagno dal quale si percepisce a pieno la componente vegetale.

The proposal presented consists of a complete refunctionalization of the premises based on the needs described. To do this, an initial study was necessary to understand not only the functions to be inserted but above all the connection and therefore the relationship between them, so as to distribute all the main environments as well as the accessory ones. On the ground floor there is space for the common areas such as the lounge and the kitchen as well as the bathroom and the necessary services, and also three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; on the first floor two large suites also with private bathroom. The main element was to insert green spaces for a good portion of the rear area which can be open-air or closed by glass so as to always let ventilation and natural light pass in order to guarantee good healthiness of these environments which, with the inclusion of plants and climbing vegetation, they are enhanced and also enjoy a great visual impact. Other characteristic elements are the bow window that runs along the stairs so as to make them well lit as well as offering large volumes that are always interesting in hospitality environments; but also the double volume created at the entrance so as to immediately perceive the spaciousness of the rooms always combined with an elegance that also emerges with the open gallery above the entrance which distributes the two bedrooms on the first floor. As regards the bathrooms, these have been placed as much as possible in columns in order to reduce the costs for the construction of the drainage systems; furthermore, to offer attractive solutions based on the type of suite, the bathrooms are located, not only in the classic traditional arrangement, but also partly visible from the room with designer sinks and a shower with large walk-in glass and with only separate sanitary fixtures. This last solution can possibly also be replicated in the other rooms or converted into the more traditional solution. To offer a more complete vision, two solutions have been proposed which are equal in terms of the number of rooms and services offered but with different solutions regarding the main room which, as can be seen from the floor plans, in the first solution finds space in the rear area and in the second in position closest to the entrance; but also for the suites on the ground floor as well as for other features which in the first solution find space in the wings on the sides of the entrance in addition to the main suite in a terminal position and accessible via a path from the winter garden, while in the second in a terminal position there are two twin suites with bathrooms from which the plant component can be fully perceived.
