I have provided 2 options for the back courtyard rooms and 2 options for the kitchen and half-bathrooms. I have combined these in 2 defined options, but they can be used interchangeably If desired. Meaning, bedrooms from option 1 can be used with the kitchen and WC of the 2nd option and vice versa.

All rooms have an area of more than 14 meters sq. as per requested. I also have provided small light wells other than the main ones on the two side for the bathrooms. since round stairs can cause limitation to the circulation under it, the staircase in my design is curved not rounded for functionality and to eliminate any unnecessary limitation in circulation allowing for a good flow.

The renders are taken with slight varieties in the materials to give you a full perspective and different ideas and approaches on how the building could look like from the inside.
