Il progetto di ristrutturazione dell'appartamento ha avuto come obiettivi principali funzionalità, comfort abitativo e risparmio, creando un ambiente moderno e adatto alle esigenze quotidiane degli abitanti.
La progettazione si è orientata verso una netta separazione tra la zona living e quella privata, per creare un ambiente più spazioso, ben organizzato e facilmente fruibile. Particolare attenzione è stata dedicata all’illuminazione naturale. Ogni ambiente è stato progettato per sfruttare al massimo la luce solare disponibile, grazie ad un’attenta disposizione strategica degli spazi e al loro utilizzo.
La zona living è stata trasformata in un ampio open space che comprende ingresso, cucina e salotto. Il cuore del progetto è rappresentato dalla parete libreria su misura, progettata non solo come parete di ingresso che accoglie nell’abitazione e definisce con eleganza l'area living ma anche come separatore tra le diverse aree, garantendo al contempo una visione aperta e luminosa.
La cucina è composta da una parete attrezzata e un'isola centrale, che diventa il fulcro della zona living, migliorando sia la funzionalità che la convivialità dello spazio. L'isola non solo offre ampi spazi di lavoro, ma favorisce anche l'interazione, trasformando la cucina in un luogo di incontro e socializzazione. La sala da pranzo è stata collocata vicino alle finestre per ottimizzare l'illuminazione naturale, mentre la zona salotto è stata posizionata in un angolo più intimo, scelta favorisce una separazione armoniosa tra le diverse aree, mantenendo comunque una connessione tra i momenti di relax e quelli di convivialità.
Le due camere da letto sono state riorganizzate per migliorare la funzionalità, con la camera matrimoniale dotata di un bagno en suite per maggiore privacy. Il secondo bagno è stato ampliato e reso più funzionale. Lo studio, posizionato strategicamente in una zona dell’appartamento che gode di accesso indipendente, è pensato per essere un ambiente versatile che può essere adattato alle diverse necessità. Un mobile parete lungo il disimpegno ospita tutti gli elementi utili alla lavanderia, ottimizzando l'uso dello spazio senza compromettere l’estetica e rendendo l'ambiente ordinato e funzionale.

The apartment renovation project had as its main objectives functionality, living comfort and savings, creating a modern environment suited to the daily needs of the inhabitants.
The design was oriented towards a clear separation between the living area and the private area, to create a more spacious, well-organized and easily usable environment. Particular attention was paid to natural lighting. Each room was designed to make the most of the available sunlight, thanks to a careful strategic arrangement of the spaces and their use.
The living area was transformed into a large open space that includes the entrance, kitchen and living room. The heart of the project is represented by the custom-made bookcase wall, designed not only as an entrance wall that welcomes you into the home and elegantly defines the living area but also as a separator between the different areas, while ensuring an open and bright view.
The kitchen is composed of a fitted wall and a central island, which becomes the fulcrum of the living area, improving both the functionality and the conviviality of the space. The island not only offers ample workspace, but also encourages interaction, transforming the kitchen into a meeting and socializing place. The dining room has been placed near the windows to optimize natural lighting, while the living area has been positioned in a more intimate corner, a choice that favors a harmonious separation between the different areas, while maintaining a connection between moments of relaxation and those of conviviality.
The two bedrooms have been reorganized to improve functionality, with the master bedroom equipped with an en suite bathroom for greater privacy. The second bathroom has been expanded and made more functional. The study, strategically positioned in an area of ​​the apartment that enjoys independent access, is designed to be a versatile space that can be adapted to different needs. A wall unit along the hallway houses all the elements useful for the laundry, optimizing the use of space without compromising aesthetics and making the environment tidy and functional.
