I have designed two different layout plans for you, both of which take all your needs into account. Each plan includes a master bedroom, three bathrooms (some with windows), an open and spacious kitchen with an island, two bedrooms for your children, a guest room, a laundry room, and a storage room.
In Proposed Plan No. 1, I tried to minimize wall demolitions and achieve your requirements with the least amount of changes. In Proposed Plan No. 2, I aimed for a freer design approach. I tried to consider every possible arrangement based on your requests so that you can make the best choice.
