Per la realizzazione del progetto giardino si intende realizzare un design moderno. I materiali da utilizzare saranno ponte di legno, vetro, lastre di pietra e metallo. Il verde sarà una parte importante del progetto. Lo spazio giardino sarà situato in 3 aree. La prima area avrà salone, tavolo da pranzo e barbecue. L'area sarà coperta con una struttura in legno che sarà realizzata e coperta con pezzi contro l'acqua che può essere aperta e chiusa a seconda del sole. La seconda area sarà nell'area in cui si trova ora la rampa, la rampa sarà livellata per costruire un magazzino per posizionare i mobili durante l'inverno o la stagione delle piogge. Verrà creato un marciapiede che conduce dall'ingresso principale della villa, per mezzo di scale verrà abbassato alla quota della taverna e sarà possibile entrare nella taverna dalla veranda rendendo quella parte collegata con la decorazione del veranda. Con un'altra rampa di scale salirai per raggiungere la terza area del giardino. Sarà pavimentato con tappeto erboso. La piscina mobile e i materassi da spiaggia saranno posizionati qui. E nell'area 2, che sarà più rialzata e pavimentata con un ponte di legno, ci saranno lettini e cuscini da spiaggia per momenti di relax e prendere il sole. I balconi saranno rivestiti in legno e la ringhiera sarà in vetro, che darà un design moderno a tutta la villa. Il muro di cinta sarà realizzato con pannelli di metallo con un moderno design laser. Il verde prevarrà in tutto il giardino.

The area will be covered with a wooden structure that will be made and covered with pieces against the water that can be opened and closed depending on the sun. The second area will be in the area where the ramp is now, the ramp will be leveled to build a warehouse to place furniture during the winter or rainy season. A sidewalk will be created leading from the main entrance of the villa, by means of stairs it will be lowered to the quota of the tavern and it will be possible to enter the tavern from the veranda by making that part connected with the decoration of the veranda. With another stair ramp you will climb to reach the third area of the garden. That will be paved with grass carpet. The mobile pool and beach mattresses will be positioned here. And in area 2, which will be more elevated and paved with wood deck, there will be sun loungers and beach pillows for moments of relaxation and sunbathing. The balconies will be lined with wood and the railing will be made of glass, which will give a modern design to the whole villa. The surrounding wall will be made of metal panels with modern laser design. Greenery will prevail throughout the garden.
