Here is the redesigned apartment. It is much better now with the night and day zone separated. It will help upgrade your everyday life. From the second you come into the apartment there are the two bathrooms. One with a shower and the other with a bathtub, both spacious enough for storage and utilities. Next to the entrance is the office, a compact yet still comfortable room. On the left side are both the bedrooms. The master bedroom with two lounge armchairs and a small table so you can drink your morning tea, read some papers or work on your laptop while the other person is in the office. On the other side is a big double bedroom for two children. It is important to note that the kids bedroom has worktables for them to also work and have their laptops or computers on them. The other side of the apartment, the right side, is where the kitchen/dining room is and where the living room is. The kitchen is big with a lot of space to prepare meals. Also the person making the meals will still be inside the same room where the others are watching TV. That way the same person will entertain / be entertained by guests in the living room, and will also be able to watch the TV. The living room is the center of the house with its big sofa and two chairs. The reason why there is a long hall in the apartment is for you to save a lot of money on air condition. If you open both windows on both sides you will have a steady flow of air, the whole house will be ventilated in a matter of minutes. And no need for air condition, which means a smaller bill.
All in all, the new plan is logical, easily customizable in the future (The two kids rooms can be joined into one larger room in the future) and both space and cost efficient, whilst being comfortable and spacious
