The description of the re-planning:
The placement of the kitchen and the bedroom are exchanged so the night area is separated from the whole living/kitchen/dining room by the wall. In that case this spacious room faces the terrace. For the sake of convenience there are 2 isolated rooms: cloakroom (storage) room and small studio at the apartment. Two bathrooms: master and guest one near the entrance are planned instead of one "bagno".
The scale architectural drawing (added below) illustrates internal distribution and surface coverage of proposed furniture, complete with total surface area and dimensions per room.
