La suddivisione dell’appartamento in due parti ben distinte,
ha facilitato il posizionamento della zona giorno e della zona notte. La zona giorno, che comprende cucina, sala da pranzo e
salotto, è situata nell’appartamento di
sinistra ed è distribuita attorno ad un blocco servizi costituito da un
bagno per gli ospiti, privo di finestre, ed un guardaroba/ripostiglio. La
cucina è isolata dalle altre zone da pareti vetrate scorrevoli, attraversabili
dalla luce per far si che lo spazio giorno sia notevolmente illuminato sia da
sud che da nord. Nella zona notte trovano spazio due camere e due bagni come richiesto. Un
bagno, quello con vasca, è accessibile soltanto dalla camera matrimoniale. L’altro
bagno, accessibile dal disimpegno, ospita anche una piccola zona lavanderia per
lavatrice e asciugatrice. Nell’ampio disimpegno della zona notte è situato un
capiente armadio a muro. Si è scelto di non posizionare le camere a sud per
limitare l’esposizione al sole e mantenerle così più fresche d’estate. Infine il grande terrazzo è stato suddiviso in zona pranzo e
zona soggiorno/relax: in corrispondenza della zona giorno dell’appartamento,
quindi della sala da pranzo e della cucina, è stata posizionata la zona pranzo;
in corrispondenza della zona notte, meno caotica, la zona soggiorno/relax. -------------------------------------------------- The
subdivision of the apartment into two distinct parts, helped the placement of
the living area and the sleeping area. The living
area, which includes the kitchen, dining room and living room, is located on
the left apartment and it is distributed around a toilet block including a
guest bathroom, without windows, and a wardrobe/ closet. The kitchen is divided
from the other areas by sliding glass walls, traversable by light to ensure
that the day area is greatly illuminated from both south and north. In the
sleeping area there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as required. A bathroom,
with bathtub, is only accessible from the master bedroom. The other bathroom,
accessible from the hallway, lodges also a small laundry area for washer and
dryer. In the large hallway of the sleeping area is located a big closet. It
was decided not to place the bedrooms facing south, to limit the exposure to
the sun and keep it more cool in summer. Finally,
the large terrace was divided into a dining area and a living/relax area: in correspondence of the living area of the
apartment (the dining room and the kitchen), it was decided to place the dining
area; in correspondence of the less caotic sleeping area it was decided to
place the living/relax area.
