The flat is redesigned, trying to meet your needs.
In the new organisation I tried to get the maximum of the space, creating comfortable and spacious living room with the working corner in it. There are two bedrooms. Unfortunately, there was no place for a gym, but there are a lot of place in the entrance-zone that can be used for training. Good and interesting lighting was a priority, with LED strips and wall lamps giving pleasant ambient lighting.
In the second solution there are two bathrooms if you need them.
