Creating different zones while keeping 2 bedrooms, adding gym zone to the living area, the kitchen is open to give a wider feeling to the open space, another small toilet is added adjacent to the old one for easier drainage less pipework, 2 toilets could also be 1 big toilet by removing a wall in between, providing a wider area for studio work, entrance zone decorated with console table, chair and small table, mirrors give the feeling of wider space can be used to decorate the entrance as well. Lighting is placed according to each zone this provides a cheaper pill ( using only needed lights in the zone ) as well as choosing each according to the furniture style needed. Pendants are placed on the centre of each space/ zone, spotlights are divided equally for better lighting.
