Considering the beautiful scenery around and the beautiful view of the sunset, we set the goal of designing the house to maximize the use of the surrounding scenery, especially in the living area.
We wanted to design a villa that would have a good view of the surrounding scenery while having privacy.
When you enter the house, there are two paths available for you, one path goes to the private part of the house and the bedrooms and the other path enters a large room that includes the living room and kitchen.
The living area has tall windows on three sides, which have good light and good visibility all day long.
We planned a courtyard in the center of the villa, this courtyard is surrounded by the house on three sides, and in the fourth direction we put a folding door, by opening it you will have access to the pool area, gazebo and beautiful view of the sunset.
We placed the windows of both main bedrooms towards the courtyard so that while maintaining the privacy of the bedrooms, you can enjoy the view of the sunset in the bedroom by opening the folding door if needed.
In the living area, we provided one window towards the pool area and two windows towards the courtyard, so that while using natural light, proper access to the pool area and the courtyard can be provided.
We installed a gazebo with a 360-degree view on the roof.
We placed the basement staircase at the entrance of the house to have a proper access to the private and public part of the house.
We put the laundry room and tavern under the ground in a place that has a window to the outside.
We allocated the rest of the underground space to car parking, storage and technical room, which, if needed, can be used as a game room, club or home theater instead of a storage room, and a storage room can be combined with a technical room.
