This design proposal consists of several alternative layouts featuring two separate residential units while maintaining a clear and efficient zoning system. Each alternative is carefully developed to preserve functional separation between private and communal areas, ensuring comfort and privacy for both units.

The design maximizes the sea view orientation for both units, with particular emphasis on the living room and kitchen areas, allowing these shared spaces to directly engage with the surrounding landscape. Large openings and strategic layout planning enhance visual connection to the ocean and create an open, airy living experience.

To further improve living quality, maximum natural lighting is provided for every bedroom through optimal window placement and spatial orientation. This approach ensures bright, comfortable, and healthy living spaces throughout the day while reducing reliance on artificial lighting.
