The project consists of dividing the property into two independent apartments, each with its own private entrance, in accordance with the client’s requirements.
The main apartment features a guest room or study located near the entrance, leading into the social areas. The living room opens directly onto the balcony, while the kitchen faces a large window with ocean views. A foldable glass partition separates these two spaces, allowing them to function either as an open-plan area—enhancing natural light and spatial continuity—or as independent zones to contain kitchen odors when closed. Both the main bedroom and the children’s bedroom enjoy direct access to the secondary balcony.

The second unit is designed as a compact, efficient apartment with a bedroom opening onto the balcony, an external bathroom, and an integrated living space with an open kitchen. A multifunctional kitchen island serves as both a preparation surface and dining area, optimizing space and functionality.
