Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
A partire dal seminterrato, che è composto da un'ampia cucina, una sala da pranzo, un soggiorno e una cantina, con la funzione di area comune. In questo stesso luogo si trovano anche altri ambienti separati, come un ripostiglio, una lavanderia e un bagno.
È stata progettata accanto all'accesso al garage, e in essa è possibile osservare una scala che dà accesso a tutti i piani dell'edificio, in modo da non utilizzare una scala esterna.
Uscendo dal garage e accedendo alle scale, è possibile raggiungere il piano terra, che ospita un appartamento con una zona sociale: soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina integrata.
L'area social di questo appartamento è dotata di immagini 3D, dove è possibile vedere il bellissimo design degli interni che è stato eseguito sulla base delle foto di riferimento indicate. È stata utilizzata un'estetica classica/moderna, colori neutri e chiari in combinazione con un tono legnoso, che rende l'ambiente molto più elegante e invitante.
In questo stesso appartamento sono presenti altri ambienti: un bagno adiacente a questo spazio sociale e altri due bagni, uno completo di vasca e l'altro situato all'interno di una suite; due camere da letto e uno studio/lavoro.
Salendo la seconda rampa di scale si accede a un altro appartamento, composto da guardaroba, servizi igienici, soggiorno/sala da pranzo e cucina integrata, due camere da letto e un bagno, ma ha un'altra rampa di scale interne, che dà accesso a una sala di lettura, prima di entrare nella camera da letto principale, che è una suite con spogliatoio. Un luogo molto spazioso e ben utilizzato (come si può vedere nella planimetria).
È interessante notare che tutti gli appartamenti hanno una privacy totale, la scala che è stata progettata è dotata di divisori e si può accedere agli appartamenti solo attraverso la porta che vi è stata assegnata, rendendo così le abitazioni più sicure e piacevoli.

Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!
Starting with the basement, which consists of a large kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a cellar, serving as a common area. Other separate rooms, such as a storage room, a laundry room and a bathroom, are also located in this same place.
It was designed next to the access to the garage, and in it you can see a staircase that gives access to all floors of the building, so that an outside staircase is not used.
Leaving the garage and accessing the stairs, it is possible to reach the ground floor, which houses an apartment with a social area: living room, dining room, and integrated kitchen.
The social area of this apartment has 3D images, where you can see the beautiful interior design that was executed based on the reference photos shown. A classic/modern aesthetic was used, neutral and light colors in combination with a woody tone, which makes the environment much more elegant and inviting.
There are other rooms in this same apartment: a bathroom adjacent to this social space and two other bathrooms, one complete with a tub and the other located within a suite; two bedrooms; and a study/workroom.
Going up the second flight of stairs leads to another apartment, consisting of a checkroom, toilet, living/dining room and integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, but it has another flight of internal stairs, which gives access to a reading room, before entering the master bedroom, which is a suite with a dressing room. A very spacious and well-used place (as can be seen in the floor plan).
Interestingly, all of the apartments have total privacy, the staircase that has been designed has dividers, and the apartments can only be accessed through the door that has been assigned to you, thus making the dwellings more secure and pleasant.
