In Martina House I chose to prefer some customer choices over others in order to give them a more functional division of the rooms: the double bedroom will therefore be south-west, reducing the square footage by inserting a pantry with dedicated access from the kitchen; the second bathroom, serving the living area, will take advantage of the existing kitchen drain with the due assessments of a plumber; in this bathroom it will be only the toilet and the shower, in order to have both a bath and a shower in the house, avoiding excessive reduction of the living area; in the necessary anteroom the laundry space can exist, also incorporating the small boiler; the kitchen will take advantage of the existing bathroom drain, thanks to not excessive diameters of the pipe and to a reduced distance in which to maintain the slope.
