ITA: Il progetto si sviluppa fondamentalmente su due idee: luminosità ed eleganti contrasti di colore.
è stata utilizzata la pavimentazione scelta dal cliente sull’intero appartamento e per quanto riguarda la struttura, non occorre fare drastici cambiamenti, gli spazi son ben organizzati.
Ho optato per:
la demolizione del muro divisorio tra la cucina e il salotto in favore di un openspace con cucina a vista;
e l'eliminazione del muro all'entrata e di una piccola porzione sulla destra così che l'ambiente sia più accogliente e lineare.
L'unica aggiunta di setti divisori è stata fatta nella cabina armadio, per creare un piccolo bagno privato e la lavanderia.
Per quanto riguarda il salone e la cucina, ho affidato la divisione degli spazi all'arredo: librerie e mobili vanno a definire i diversi usi degli spazi senza creare un senso di chiusura ed elementi come l'isola della cucina creano interazione tra la sala e la cucina.
Sono stati mantenuti i mobili richiesti dal cliente: il tavolo e il mobile bar che ben si sposano con le scelte cromatiche fatte per gli oggetti circostanti.
Per dare un po' di contrasto, il muro di entrata e il corridoio che porta alle stanze sono di una tonalità blu.
La camera più grande è stata pensata come camera padronale. Un'elegante carta da parati e un lampadario importante donano un tocco raffinato e i toni chiari riflettono meglio la luce.
Solo da qui si può accedere al piccolo bagno, che presenta elementi in pietra nel box-doccia e nel perimetro basso della stanza che ben si accordano con la pavimentazione scelta dal cliente.
La lavanderia lì vicino, ha invece l’accesso dal corridoio, così che sia alla portata di tutti.
La seconda camera, in linea con le richieste del cliente, può funzionare sia da camera che da studio: è provvista di un divano letto, un armadio, una libreria e una grossa scrivania; anche in questo caso ho optato per una carta da parati che dà carattere all’ambiente.
Per finire, il bagno principale ha un carattere cromatico che ben si accorda con la pavimentazione scelta.
Un contrasto di colori chiari e gres porcellanato nero si riprende anche tra le ceramiche e il mobile del lavandino; qui è presente un’ampia vasca da bagno vicina alla finestra.

ENG: The project basically develops on two ideas: brightness and elegant color contrasts.
The flooring chosen by the client on the entire apartment was used and as far as the structure is concerned, there is no need to make drastic changes, the spaces are well organized.
I opted for:
the demolition of the partition wall between the kitchen and the living room in favor of an open space with an open kitchen; and the elimination of the wall at the entrance and a small portion on the right so that the environment is more welcoming and linear.
The only addition of septa dividers was made in the walk-in closet, to create a small private bathroom and laundry.
As for the salon and the kitchen, I rely on the division of the spaces to the furnishings: bookcases and furniture go to define the different uses of the spaces without creating a sense of closure and elements such as the kitchen island create interaction between the room and the kitchen.
The furniture requested by the customer has been keep: the table and the bar cabinet that blend well with the color choices made for the surrounding objects
To give a little contrast, the entrance wall and the corridor leading to the rooms are of a blue tone.
The largest room has been designed as a master bedroom. An elegant wallpaper and an important chandelier give a refined touch and the light tones better reflect the light.
Only from here can you access the small bathroom, which has stone elements in the shower cubicle and in the lower perimeter of the room that perfectly match the flooring chosen by the customer.
The nearby laundry, instead, has access from the corridor, so that it is accessible to everyone.
The second room, in line with the customer's requests, can work both as a bedroom and a study: it is equipped with a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a bookcase and a large desk; also in this case I opted for a wallpaper that gives character to the environment.
Finally, the main bathroom has a chromatic character that is well suited to the chosen flooring.
A contrast of light colors and black porcelain stoneware also recovers between the ceramics and the sink cabinet; here there is a large bathtub near the window.
