Studiando tutte le possibili soluzioni, sono state selezionate quelle ritenute corrispondere maggiormente alle esigenze del cliente.
L'appartamento non è molto grande ma questo è un ottimo spunto per cercare di sfruttare al massimo ogni spazio.
Sono presentate due soluzioni (n.1-2) dove la cucina è completamente integrata al soggiorno, gli spazi living e cucina sono qui unificati. Nelle altre 2 soluzioni (n.3-4) invece la cucina è visivamente separata dal soggiorno (senza alcuna divisione fisica) per creare due aree distinte: una per cucinare ed una per guardare la tv o pranzare.
Nella maggior parte delle soluzioni al bagno si accede tramite un disimpegno senza quindi che eventuali ospiti attraversino la camera da letto. Qualora al cliente questo non dia alcun fastidio, è presentata una soluzione (n.2 )con accesso al bagno direttamente dalla camera da letto; soluzione che permette di guadagnare un poco di spazio in più nel bagno.
Il cliente ha espresso il desiderio di poter ospitare amici a cena e il grande spazio esterno è un'occasione importante, uno spazio da valorizzare, che perfettamente si presta ad ospitare un grande tavolo da pranzo coperto da pergolato in legno (o tenda, a seconda del budget. Vedi tavola "arredo dehor") .
Si è deciso quindi di aprire una portafinestra di collegamento tra l'appartamento e il dehor esterno e non impedire mai l'accesso agli ospiti a questo dehor esterno (collocando il bagno o la camera davanti la portafinestra).
Se si considera questo tavolo esterno sufficiente, si possono prendere in considerazione le soluzioni (n.1-2a ) che presentano un piano snack nel living (soluzione a vantaggio dello spazio), altrimenti nella maggior parte delle soluzioni si è pensato di collocare un tavolo da pranzo anche internamente.
Per ottimizzare e lo spazio in camera da letto, invece dei classici comodini è stato pensato di creare una nicchia nel muro adiacente alla testata del letto o collocare una mensola e si suggerisce come alternativa alla tinteggiatura delle pareti, l'uso di carta da parati ( ce ne son tantissime per ogni tasca, nelle tavole delle finiture ne ho suggerita qualcuna).

Essendo diverse le opzioni proposte, chiedo al cliente pazienza e attenzione , consigliando di osservare bene la tavola iniziale con le 4 proposte arredate, pro e contro e poi per ognuna di analizzare la tavola degli arredi e quella delle finiture e illuminazione, guardando anche i render.

A mio parere personale le migliori soluzioni, sono la 3 e la 4.
In queste soluzioni infatti la cucina è prossima al dehor esterno (comodo qualora si avesse un pranzo con amici), il bagno è accessibile tramite un disimpegno e vengono sfruttati al massimo gli spazi.
Nella soluzione 3 si ipotizza di tenere come unico accesso quello dal giardino esterno, pertanto entrando ci si trova subito nell'ampio living.

Come pavimentazione generale per tutto l'appartamento ho seguito il desiderio del cliente di utilizzare un laminato scuro effetto wengè; sicuramente negli spazi piccoli il pavimento chiaro aumenta la luminosità ma bilanciando il colore scuro del pavimento con i colori delle pareti e degli arredi, credo si riesca ad avere una soluzione piacevole e di carattere. Ho voluto comunque mostrare un confronto al cliente (vedi tavole dei render) con l'uso del pavimento chiaro e di quello scuro. Per quanto riguarda la scelta del materiale, dipende dal budget e dalle preferenze del cliente. Oltre a un buon laminato, si potrebbe prendere in considerazione l'uso di grès effetto legno (oggi ce ne son tantissimi e di buona qualità) che è molto resistente ed adatto ad esser usato in ogni ambiente. Leggendo però che il cliente vorrebbe prevedere il riscaldamento a pavimento, personalmente mi sento di consigliare l'uso del parquet. Quale miglior conforto di sentire il parquet caldo sotto ai piedi!






Studying all possible solutions, we were selected those considered to correspond more closely to customer needs.
The apartment is not very big, but this is a great opportunity to try to make the most of every space.
Two solutions are presented (n.1-2) where the kitchen is fully integrated to the living room, the living and kitchen spaces are unified here. In the other two solutions (n.3-4) however the kitchen is visually separated from the living room (with no physical division) to create two separate areas: one for cooking and one to watch tv or have lunch.
In most of the solutions you enter the bathroom through a hallway, so that guests do not have to go through the bedroom. If the customer does not this thing from any discomfort, is presented a solution (n. 2) with access to the bathroom directly from the bedroom; This allows you to earn some 'extra space in the bathroom.
The customer has expressed a desire to host friends for dinner and the large outdoor space is an important occasion, a space to be exploited that perfectly lends itself to accommodate a large dining table covered by a wooden pergola (or tent, depending the budget. See table "dehors furniture").
It was therefore decided to open a French connection between the apartment and the gazebo outside and never prevent access to the guests to this outdoor area outside (by placing the bathroom or bedroom in front of the French doors).
If you consider this table outside enough, you may want to consider the solutions (n.1-2a) submit a snack area in the living room (a solution to the benefit of the space), otherwise most of the solutions we have decided to place a table dining internally.
And to optimize the space in the bedroom, instead of the classic bedside is designed to create a niche in the wall adjacent to the head of the bed or place a shelf and it is suggested as an alternative to wall paint, the use of wallpaper ( there are many for the pocket, in the finishing boards I suggested it a few).

Being different options offered, ask patience and attention to the customer, advising people to observe well the initial table with 4 furnished proposals, pros and cons and then to analyze each of the board of the furniture and the finishes and lighting, also looking at the render .

In my personal opinion the best solutions are 3 and 4.
In fact, in these solutions the kitchen is next to the outdoor gazebo (convenient if you had a lunch with friends), the bathroom is accessed through a hallway and are exploited to the maximum the spaces.
In the solution 3 is hypothesized to hold as the only access to the garden, thus entering you are immediately in the large living.

As a general flooring throughout the apartment I have followed the customer's desire to use a dark laminate wenge effect; certainly in small spaces the floor clear increase brightness but by balancing the dark color of the floor with the colors of the walls and furnishings, I think you will be able to have a nice solution and character. I still wanted to show a customer a comparison (see tables of the render) with the use of light floor and the dark one. As regards the choice of material, it depends on the budget and customer preferences. In addition to a good laminate, you might consider the use of stoneware wood effect (today there are many and good quality) which is very durable and suitable to be used in any environment. But reading that the client would like to predict the floor heating, personally I would not recommend the use of parquet. What better comfort of hearing the warm wooden floors under your feet!
