Il progetto si basa essenzialmente sulle richieste del cliente e sulle domande poste dai designer, inoltre rispetta quelli che sono i gusti espressi e un arredo minimal industry. Il progetto è stato impostato mantenendo i 2 ingressi come da richiesta iniziale, ma si allega anche planimetria alternativa con diversa disposizione e un solo ingresso.
Alcune note
Per quanto riguarda la cucina la scelta delle travi in legno serve a creare una sorta di divisione virtuale degli spazi, oltre a dare un contributo a livello di arredo e tipicità.
La zona cucina living è essenziale, ma gode di spazi di tutto rispetto.
il disimpegno è stato progettato per garantire un minimo di privacy nel caso si ospiti qualcuno, ma dovrebbe anche servire in quanto è richiesto solitamente dall'ufficio tecnico. Questo non posso garantirlo poichè non ho conoscenze delle normative della città. Solitamente il bagno non può trovarsi direttamente nella zona giorno senza un antibagno o un disimpegno appunto.
lo spazio del disimpegno è il minimo previsto dalla legge, ma non è spazio inutilizzato, infatti l'armadio a muro garantisce un minimo di deposito-ripostiglio(aspirapolvere, scope, utesili vari) o potrebbe essere usato come armadio supplementare (utile ad esempio per il cambio stagione).
La camera da letto è di dimensioni ridotte rispetto al normale, infatti è essenziale negli spazi. Il mio consiglio è di recuperare alcuni spazi vitali con un letto con cassettoni contenitivo alla base. La carta da parati è un'idea per caratterizzare la camera e renderla maggiormente accogliente.
In tutti gli spazi sono previsti degli abbassamenti di volta in cartongesso come da planimetria allegata.
Nella zona living l'utilità dell'abbassamento è quella di creare una sorta di distacco dall'ingresso, oltre che illuminare quella zona.
Nel disimpegno potrebbe non essere necessario, ma risolve il problema dell'illuminazione con dei semplici faretti ad incasso, così come per il bagno e la camera da letto. Il tutto perchè gli spazi sono piccoli e delle luci a sospensione rischierebbero di far sembrare l'ambiente più piccolo.
E' inoltre possibile dare all'abbassamento di volta una colorazione diversa, sul pantone tortora, per creare un contrasto volumetrico che donerebbe un aspetto moderno agli abienti.
Il bagno progettato è comodo, con una doccia di dimensioni "standard". Il rivestimento principale è un mattone effetto cementine, si voleva rendere l'idea della tipologia, il tutto sta poi nel trovare qualcosa di carino ad un prezzo basso. Le restanti pareti e il pavimento sono in resina, così da dare continuità anche nella doccia.
Per quanto riguarda gli spazi esterni, il pergolato disegnato è in stile moderno, con la struttura in legno bianco/grigio e le travi ombreggianti di sezione inferiore in color legno.
La zona lavatrice/dispensa esterna può essere posizionata un pò ovunque e andrebbe realizzata in cartongesso.
La scelta di continuare a lavorare sulla richiesta iniziale è motivata dal budget, un pò risicato per poter effettuare cambiamenti radicali.
Gli arredi sono per la maggior parte Maison du monde e Ikea, il mio consiglio è di valutare nel dettaglio gli arredi dopo aver capito il budget (dopo i lavori)
Nel caso il mio progetto sarà vincitore sarò lieto di aiutarvi nella scelta dei mobili e indirizzarvi al meglio anche per quanto riguarda i rivestimenti

The project was set keeping the two inputs as the initial request, but also attach an alternative plan with arrangement and only one entrance.

Regarding the kitchen the choice of wooden beams serves to create a sort of virtual division of space, in addition to giving a contribution to the level of furniture and typicality.

In all spaces are planned for sags once plasterboard as per attached plan.
In the living area lowering the utility it is to create a sort of detachment from the entrance, in addition to illuminate that area.
In the hallway it may not be necessary, but solves the lighting problem with simple recessed spotlights, as well as for the bathroom and the bedroom. All this because the spaces are small and hanging lights would risk to make it look like the smaller environment.

The designed bathroom is comfortable, with a shower of "standard" sizes.
