Here are two layout alternatives that I have developed to meet the needs of a study room, master bedroom, and spacious open area, while maintaining the existing toilet location.
Alt 1: In this alternative, the main focus is to create the impression of as much space as possible by minimising solid wall partitions.
Alt 2: This alternative offers a more defined and organised space, suitable if you want a clear separation between work and relaxation functions.
