Dear customer, based on your requirements, I started with a part furnishing of the interior of the apartment to propose a new structure and a new layout according to your needs.
I demolished some walls between the entrance hall and the living room to create a more open linear space, a separation between the rooms is made by a two-sided fireplace, I used the partitions wall with wooden shelves to lose the image of a long corridor and used to the back of the living room one partitions wall. In the degazman that connects the rooms to the corridor, I created a two-story space for the washer/dryer, covered by a sliding door (to not lose the linear appearance of the space). I took the space needed to expand the living room from bedroom two.
The kitchen is what you have shown with some images as the most important for use, in which there are changes in dimensions to adapt to the space in which it is placed, the part of the island is not placed in the center but on the side, for reasons of creating the space we needed for the new dining table, while the antique table is placed in the living room, I used chairs of the same shape for the two tables mentioned, because the antique table has the possibility to grow, and if you need to use the antique table with expanded space, the chairs can be carried from the kitchen and keep the same aesthetics. The entrance to the kitchen is at a 45 degree angle and the bathroom has the same angle as the entrance and they do not have direct access to each other. The master bedroom has access to the second bathroom (both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet and sink) and contains a closet and sitting area. Bedroom one contains the closet in the entrance area, the sleeping area separated from the living area by a partition with shelves (the sofa in th living area has space for open).
Bedroom two, from which the living room has received some space, contains a single bed, a place for a closet and shelves from Ikea for books and a work table.
