Residenziale - Appartamento
Dear Clients,
It was a true pleasure working on this interesting and challenging project.
Although the apartment layout offers many possibilities, the high-quality furniture you already own represented an additional source of value and inspiration, and integrating it both functionally and aesthetically into the new design was a key part of the process.
The project is based on a clear yet subtle spatial organization, developed with full respect for the existing structural constraints and the availability of natural light.
In the entrance area, two small and discreet rooms were created: one functioning as a storage space with semi-open shelving, and the other dedicated to the washing machine and tumble dryer. From the entrance hall, there is also direct access to the guest/service bathroom, ensuring practicality and ease of everyday use.
The sleeping area is conceived as a more intimate and quiet part of the apartment. A small walk-in wardrobe is positioned before the entrance to the master bedroom, leading to a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, designed as a private retreat for rest and relaxation.
The kitchen is positioned so that it is partially separated from the living area, with the possibility of being completely closed off when needed. This allows for effective control of noise and cooking odors, without compromising the functional connection to the rest of the living space.
The multifunctional room is designed as an extension of the living area—open, bright, and architecturally restrained—offering ample daylight while maintaining a clear identity as a workspace.
Between the living room and the dining area, a semi-open spatial division in the form of a shelving unit (for example, for books) was introduced. This element serves multiple purposes: it provides storage, subtly defines the spaces, and enhances the overall atmosphere of the interior. This type of layout preserves openness, ensures visual continuity between zones, and allows natural light to flow through the space from multiple directions.
With this proposal, all of your spatial and functional requirements have been fulfilled, resulting in an apartment that conveys elegance, spatial fluidity, and a sense of openness, carefully adapted to a new lifestyle within a smaller yet thoughtfully organized living space.
