The space is designed according to your requirements.
And it was used to the maximum and care was taken to make the dimensions of the rooms comfortable. I made two variants of the dining room. In the first case there may be a kitchen island, but also a table that can be extended by 4 more places. In the second case I get rid from the island and put only table that could fit space for 12 people. A mezzanine is designed in the hallway, which you can see better on the render. Also, there was enough space to create a laundry area with extra storage in bigger bathroom. the second bathroom is smaller but in reasonable dimensions and also has storage. Work space is set up in the master bedroom to have more space in the living\dinning area. Children rooms include single beds with enough space for another pull-out bed, I also made sure that the rooms are larger than 12mq2.
Please note that the furniture in 2D and 3D images is in real size so there was no space for the third bathroom without compromising the comfort of other rooms.
