The proposal that I have designed for the "Mountain Home" contest contains all the requirements established by the client. Upon entering the apartment there is a space where there is the living room and the dining room with 8 seats. On the two sofas, 6 people can be accommodated, in front of the sofas there is a large cabinet and on the wall a TV. The wall is covered with glass to provide depth and at the same time make the space look bigger.
There are two bedrooms, The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which has a shower, sink, bidet, and bathtub.
It also has a private access to a balcony.
There is a bathroom for social use, which can be used by both friends and guests.
The kitchen is large and hidden, it cannot be seen when entering the apartment.
On the left side of the main access door is the study space, which has a work table with a computer and a very comfortable chair. There is also a sofa bed, this can be extended and can sleep two people.
In the auxiliary bedroom there is also an extendable bed. So two people can easily sleep, this bedroom also has access to a balcony.
The style of the apartment is characterized by the use of wood, the white walls to provide visual amplitude to the space and to also reflect the light.
Most of the wooden floors will be maintained, and will be added in other areas.
