Hi! Idea of this project as to use all current communications avoid extra troubles with plumbing. When you enter to the apartment there is closet/laudry on the left side (for boiler, washing machine and stuff), on the right side e have small wardrobe with pouf. When there is a kitchen, It is not too big but comfortable and keep all you need (dishwashing machine, fridge, sink, cooking top, oven, microwave). Next room is bedroom (I added fold-able sofa-bed but we can replace it so single bed), also there is basic wardrobe for your guests and armchair, so they can relax and enjoy nature around. Next room - small toilet with independent entrance and small corner shower. In the end there is a door for private master areas, which connects with bathroom (with bath(can be a bit extended) and shower), sleeping area with the bed in front of the window but I still recommend replace it on the lower wall to avoid sunlight in your eyes) In this master area I also add small walk in wardrobe divided by thick curtain (but you can add walls), we have enough space for that. Main living room on the left side is connected with big dinning area and office, zoned by big glass sliding door. Also there is office desk in front of the window, so you can enjoy beautiful view during working. Thank you for attention! Can't wait to see your decision!
