Two design proposals were drafted from the start, driven by a strong focus on the family experience. Numerous scenarios were mapped out to anticipate and optimize comfort for a new family, particularly considering a newborn child, and these scenarios guided the creation of both proposals.

Provisions exist for flexible movement and circulation throughout the home, taking into account water and drainage paths. Line-of-sight models were created to ensure that the kitchen offers a long, open view of the living room; paradoxically, complete privacy from the main entryway was ensured.

The original bookcase was redesigned to suit the home's style, creative wallpaper was utilized, and a hidden laundry cabinet was incorporated within the new, larger kitchen space created by relocating the kitchen. All design elements were framed within the passive voice, the required pastel colors were applied, and a snack bar and dining area with sliding glass doors were provided for flexibility in the living room. Finally, a mud area with a closet was created at the entrance, and the master bathroom was designed to provide all necessary services in a compact space.

Ultimately, we ensured a suitable home for family life, with all considerations made with care and attention.
