Hello Client! I want to explain my solution: You wanted a linear and big kitchen (I saw the pictures) and a relaxing area where you can sit and eat with friends. I think making the first floor the day zone is according to me more appropriate. So you have to much space to stay, talk and watch movies with friends ecc in the living room. It's a living room that has daylight and view (because this opportunity doesn't exist in the floor upstairs and I think the living room needs windows, view, daylight. Also here you have an different zone (dinner zone) with a linear kitchen and a place where to eat and stay (because some part around the table is with sofa) so you can stay there at the sofa of the kitchen and talk to the person who's cooking or just stay and play with cards at the table or just relax there beside the window, sitting there and watching outside. So like that you will get 2 big day areas to relax and stay and pass time with your friends. 2. In the second floor I did 2 versions. The first one is a big badroom with a big wardrobe and a place to stay and a big bathroom too (above the other bathroom). That's why I didn't put a big bath at the first floor bathroom because I think it would be better to use it as a day bathroom and the above one like a noght bathroom with a bigger bath. You will not have problems with the tubes of the bathroom because they are above each-other. For the attic it's better to keep the bedroom because it doesn't need view or daylight because it is used during night , also the 3 windows that are in the roof gives a good view of the stars when you sleep... 3. Another version of the above floor is to use half of it as a studio (office) with a big library along all the wall. So if you have a job that you need an office or a place to work or a library, you will get one above that is opened to the staircase. 4. The lower part of the attic can be used as a storage or if you are a young family in the future when you will have kids it can be used from your children as 'the house on the tree' 5. I couldn't provide you renders because of the short time I had from the firt day I saw this contest but if you like my idea I would be very gratefull to provide you some renders. Sincerely
