Large basement (80mq) at the first floor of our villa in Finale Ligure. It is completely raw. It has 3 windows (all of them can be window-door). Walls are 2,5meters high in average. The problem is that it has sunlight only in the front (see pictures). We would like to get a project for an independent small apartment with living room with kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Fireplace would be appreciated if possible. No modern style, but mediterranean, provencal, country or nordic.
The two areas (the bigger on the left and smaller on the right) are separated by a piece of wall that can be demolished.
