All your requirements were carefully considered during the design process, and a fully furnished floor plan has been developed for the new layout in full alignment with your requests.

Regarding the living area, the partition wall between the dining room and the living room was removed to create a cohesive open-plan space, enhancing spaciousness and visual continuity.

The kitchen was redesigned in an L-shaped layout with a central island, while carefully applying the work triangle principle to ensure efficient functionality and smooth circulation.

As for the bathrooms, a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet was designed for the master bedroom within the lower-level zone, with consideration given to raising this level to match the rest of the apartment. If this is not feasible, the same design can be implemented by adding two steps at the entrance of the dressing area without affecting the overall functionality.

The main bathroom was designed with a clear functional zoning approach: an outer area containing the toilet, washbasin, and a small storage cabinet, and an inner area dedicated to the shower and laundry zone. A decorative partition wall was used to separate the two areas, providing both privacy and aesthetic value.
