Residenziale - Appartamento
Dear client,
This project features furnishing of the apartment primarily focusing on making it a comfortable and pleasant home for your parents.
The chosen furniture is selected specifically to support their comfort and ease of use.
For key pieces such as corner sofa, armchairs, dining table, chairs and beds, a higher-quality option is recommended to ensure durability and comfort. For other pieces of furniture like side tables or the TV stand, more affordable options can be chosen without compromising the overall functionality and aesthetic of the space. In some sections of furniture layout, two carefully selected options were proposed, allowing your parents to choose the one closer to their preferences while maintaining design consistency throughout the apartment.
Special attention was given to creating clear, obstacle-free pathways throughout the apartment to support easy movement and safety.
Please note that proposed pieces of furniture in furniture layout sheets may slightly differ from those shown in render photos. That is due to the limitations of 3d modeling software.
In the living room, a corner sofa and armchair from Poltronesofà’s Noceto or Fantella collection were selected for their motorized recline, generous cushioning, and higher seat height, ensuring ease of use and joint-friendly relaxation. A custom-made bookcase with a mix of open, closed, and glass-front sections provides space for books and personal collections, while a proposed wood column standing partition discreetly masks the radiator while allowing heat circulation. A contemporary TV stand and coffee table elevate the space while maintaining warmth and simplicity.
The dining area features a round extendable table (120–160 cm) for 4–6 seats, complemented by a reading corner with an armchair and floor lamp by the window and a sideboard serving as a bar. The same radiator masking solution is proposed here to maintain a clean look.
The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed (optional with storage), an exercise corner with a treadmill, exercise bike, and yoga mat space, and a custom-made closet with an integrated foldable desk and open shelves, optimizing space without compromising comfort. Wall panels behind the bed add a modern yet inviting texture.
In the master bedroom, which benefits from an adjacent walk-in closet, the layout features a “Blend” king-size bed with adjustable headboard pillows, night tables, and a bed bench, designed for both relaxation and practicality. Ash rose accent tones in wallpaper and textiles enhance the soothing, warm atmosphere.
A calming color palette with warm white tones was used to make the space feel brighter and more inviting while maintaining a soft, cozy atmosphere. The color palette throughout the apartment harmonizes with the existing oak flooring and wall tones:
Benjamin Moore White Dove #F0EDE4: main color for walls, custom furniture fronts, and fabrics.
Charcoal Gray #36454F: accent color for lighting, TV stand, and dining table.
Saga Green #BFC9C0: accent wall color for depth and calm.
The result is a calm, accessible, and elegant home environment tailored for elderly clients, where comfort and contemporary design coexist seamlessly, supporting a lifestyle that is both relaxing and functional.
Best regards!
