The project aims to meet the client's requirements as described. Respect for the load-bearing walls is paramount. The lighting and ventilation requirements of each room were also respected, except for the reception bathroom, where ducted ventilation will need to be installed. Regarding the windows, it is suggested that the living/dining room and master bedroom windows be replaced with French doors to integrate these spaces into an extension towards the property, especially the living area where a pergola with a barbecue area is planned as an extension towards the pool and garden. The girls' bedrooms are very similar and spacious, and the study is well-connected. A laundry room with sufficient storage space was designed at the client's request, although it is understood that the existing garage could house the entire house. I hope this is helpful.
