PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The proposal reorganizes the internal layout in accordance with the client’s brief. A foyer has been introduced to streamline circulation and reduce the lounge area, while the kitchen has been redesigned to include a functional island. The storage room is now adequate and useful. A new modern staircase enhances the spatial quality, with the void underneath efficiently utilized for a WC. The layout now features two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Additionally, a laundry area has been added on the first floor for convenient access to the balconies.
