Gentile Committente, il progetto è stato elaborato realizzando un'ottimizzazione degli spazi che tenga conto in special modo delle Vostre esigenze e di una buona funzionalità per una fruizione dei luoghi gradevole e confortevole.
Soggiorno/ Living
Per quanto riguarda la zona giorno l'unificazione di due stanze ha consentito di realizzare un ampio Soggiorno/Living con una cucina funzionale dove sono collocati: 5 fuochi, un doppio lavabo, frigorifero, colonna forno (in alternativa la lavastoviglie) ed un piano di appoggio tra i fuochi e l’eventuale colonna forno. Gli arredi per la cucina sono stati scelti in relazione alla funzionalità e comodità; la scelta dei colori a contrasto (bianco lucido mobili di base e rosso lucido per i pensili) conferisce una maggiore vivacità all’ambiente e luminosità.
L’eliminazione della veranda, dove in precedenza si era ipotizzato di collocare una lavatrice, un lavabo ed una scaffalatura, ha comportato una ridefinizione degli spazi. Pertanto la lavatrice è stata collocata di fronte alla cucina ed è stata mascherata con un muretto basso su cui è stato collocato un comodo piano di appoggio realizzato con una mensola stondata.
Si è tenuto conto dell'esigenza di ospitare collocando nel Soggiorno/Living un divano letto e, sulla parete opposta , un armadio/contenitore dalla duplice funzione. I colori dell’armadio/contenitore sono stati scelti sempre a contrasto di tonalità, con prevalenza di nocciola sul bianco. Il tavolo è stato concepito allungabile in modo da poter ospitare fino a 10 persone (marca Riflessi).
Per separare all’ occorrenza la zona destinata agli ospiti dalla cucina, si prevede una paratia richiudibile integralmente su se stessa.
Camere e Servizi Igienici
La camera piccola, destinata al figlio/a piccolo, è stata leggermente ridotta a favore della cabina armadio realizzata nella camera matrimoniale. L’ingresso alla camera matrimoniale avviene da una anticamera dove potrà collocarsi un armadio a 2 ante realizzato con scomparti specifici da adibire anche a ripostiglio. Sullo stesso spazio si è ipotizzato di realizzare un soppalco (a partire dall'altezza di 2,30 fino al soffitto) da utilizzare come piccolo deposito per valigie e quanto altro occorra.
La necessità di realizzare una cabina armadio nella camera matrimoniale e due servizi igienici (a servizio di quest'ultima ed uno di dimensioni maggiori a servizio dell'appartamento) obbliga a ridurre le dimensioni delle due camere da letto. La realizzazione dei 2 servizi igienici è stata articolata. La presenza del pilastro, nel bagno di servizio alla camera matrimoniale, ha fornito un interessante spunto architettonico incassando la doccia tra il pilastro e la parete confinante con l’altro bagno. Lo spazio però è insufficiente per inserire anche il bidet. Il servizio igienico di servizio all’appartamento è invece molto più ampio, ospita una vasca angolare, una doccia, lavabo con mobile sottostante, wc e bidet. Una parete in vetro mattone opaco garantirà il passaggio della luce da un bagno all’altro, così come si potrà garantire la circolazione dell'aria mettendo in comunicazione (solo in alto) a mezzo apertura a vasistas i due servizi igienici.
Spazio esterno
Lo spazio esterno è stato organizzato nel rispetto dei vincoli che sono stati richiesti. Una tenda retrattile riparerà la parte più assolata, permettendo di poter beneficiare della vista sul mare. Di tale vista si potrà beneficiare anche qualora fosse necessario abbassare tutta la tenda, infatti il tessuto indicato nel progetto garantisce contemporaneamente sia il riparo dai raggi solari che la visuale verso l'esterno.
Sulle murature perimetrali sono previsti grillages verticali che ospiteranno rampicanti di vari colori e tonalità, come indicato nell'elaborato grafico; le fioriere lungo le ringhiere contribuiranno a realizzare una visione nel complesso armonica ospitando essenze della macchia mediterranea. Si può ipotizzare, non sul fronte lato mare, di disporre alcuni grillages addossati alla ringhiera in modo da schermarsi dalla vista dei vicini. La vivibilità del balcone sarà resa armonica grazie ad un tavolo, anch'esso allungabile, ed un divanetto (o amaca).
p.s. Gli arredi (ad esclusione del tavolo interno di marca Riflessi) sono di IKEA, come da tabella allegata; per i servizi igienici e gli elettrodomestici si sono forniti dei link che fanno riferimento a case che hanno un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Note tecniche
Nella progettazione della cucina e dei bagni si sono conservate le localizzazioni attuali in modo da poter utilizzare gli scarichi già esistenti. Per quanto riguarda la lavatrice, collocata sulla parete opposta, si considera di realizzare il collegamento sottotraccia del pavimento.

Living / Living
As for the living unification of two rooms it has enabled a large living room / Living with a functional kitchen where they placed: 5 burners, a double sink, refrigerator, column oven (alternatively the dishwasher) and a plan support between the fires and the eventual column oven. The furnishings for the kitchen were chosen with respect to functionality and comfort; the choice of contrasting colors (white glossy basic furniture and bright red for the wall units) gives a more vivid and bright environment.
The elimination of the veranda, where previously it was assumed to place a washing machine, a sink and a shelf, led to a redefinition of the spaces. Therefore, the washing machine was placed in front of the kitchen and was masked with a low wall on which was placed a comfortable support surface made with a rounded shelf.
Account has been taken of the need to accommodate placing in Living / Living a sofa bed and, on the opposite wall, a closet / storage with double function. The colors of the cabinet / container were chosen always contrasting shades, with a predominance of hazelnut on white. The table is designed extendable so you can accommodate up to 10 people (brand Reflections).
To separate all 'occurrence area for guests from the kitchen, it is expected to fully foldable bulkhead on itself.
Rooms and Toilets
The small room, to the son / a small, has been slightly reduced in favor of the wardrobe made in the master bedroom. The entrance to the master bedroom is from a hall where will be placed a 2-door made with special compartments to be used also as a storeroom. On the same space it is assumed to provide a loft (low height of 2.30 up to the ceiling) to use as a small tank for suitcases and anything else necessary.
The need to create a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and two toilets (in the service of the latter and a larger service in the apartment) agrees to reduce the size of the two bedrooms. The realization of the two toilets was articulated. The presence of the pillar, in the bathroom to the master bedroom, has provided an interesting architectural inspiration cashing the shower between the pillar and the wall adjoining the bathroom. The space, however, is insufficient to also enter the bidet. The toilet service apartment is much more spacious, features a corner bath, a shower, wash basin with cabinet underneath, toilet and bidet. A glass wall brick mat will ensure the passage of light to the other bath, as well as can ensure the circulation of air, placing in communication (only top) to means transom opening the two baths.
Outer space
The outdoor area was organized within the constraints that have been requested. A retractable awning will repair the most sunny, allowing you to benefit from the sea view. This view you can also benefit if you need to lower all the tent, because the fabric indicated in the draft simultaneously ensures both shelter from the sun that the view to the outside.
On the outside walls are provided grillages vertical climbing host of various colors and shades, as shown in the elaborate graphic; planters along the railings will help to achieve a vision in hosting complex harmonic essence of the Mediterranean. It can be assumed, not on the front side of the sea, to have some grillages leaning against the railing in order to shield themselves from the view of neighbors. The livability of the balcony will yield harmonic thanks to a table, which is also extensible, and a sofa (or hammock).

Technical Notes
In the design of the kitchen and bathrooms you have been preserved current locations so you can use existing discharges. As regards the washing machine, placed on the opposite wall, it is considered to realize the connection Undercarpet of the floor.
