Premetto che poco più a sud a Bagnara Calabra ho un progetto in fase di cantierizzazione, bei posti bel mare belle spiagge e scogliere e bella gente.
……ho letto con attenzione le Vs. richieste, la documentazione allegata e le foto dell’edificio, a parte le piccole incongruenze dimensionali che in fase di progetto definitivo ed esecutivo (che sicuramente ci verrà affidato,-) che verranno risolte da un rilievo dello stato di fatto più accurato, abbiamo cercato in questa fase preliminare di risolvere il problema distributivo che, viste le vostre esigenze ha comportato uno studio più accurato oltre a quello percettivo per cercare di dilatare quanto più possibile la percezione dello spazio mantenendo libero da ingombri il collegamento tra l’area living, l’area cucina ed il mare….

Abbiamo individuato i pilastri e le travi (foto corridoio) e le abbiamo posizionate nel nostro progetto per evitare di snaturare il progetto in fase di ristrutturazione, anche la colonna montante che arriva dal piano superiore e attraversa il bagno verrà affiancata al pilastro con un gomito a 30° occultato nel controsoffitto, la lavatrice ed il lavatoio li abbiamo mantenuti all’esterno (ho letto la problematica veranda) e li abbiamo occultati con lo stesso sistema utilizzato per tutto il balcone brisoleil in doghe di larice su telaio in alluminio parte fissi e parte scorrevoli (per inseguire il sole) questo sistema non crea volumetria non necessita di autorizzazione e potrebbe essere da stimolo per gli altri condomini.

Sintesi dell’approccio progettuale.
L’approccio al progetto è stato molto condizionato dalle Vs. richieste molto dettagliate, quantificate e chiare, questa particolare condizione di “vincoli” normalmente mi sprona a dare il meglio.

Qui di seguito elencheremo le vostre richieste con le relative risposte progettuali da noi pensate.




-Richiesta- Living: creare una grande sala living con cucina, zona pranzo (in grado di accogliere molti ospiti) e salotto, unendo eventualmente la sala grande con la stanza 1….

-soluzione- L’inglobamento della ex cucina ha ampliato l’area living dove ha trovato spazio una confortevole cucina con penisola per ulteriori 4 posti a sedere, un divano e due poltrone per la zona conversazione ed un tavolo allungabile fino a 12 posti con una panca ad angolo, un disimpegno per accedere al bagno principale.

-Richiesta- Bagni: creare un bagno principale grande con vasca ad angolo e doccia grande…..

-soluzione- Crediamo di aver centrato l’obiettivo, il bagno principale con vasca ad angolo da 140x140 piatto doccia a filo pavimento da 72x90 sanitari sospesi e grande mobile bagno pavimento e rivestimento in lastre di Laminam bianco. Abbiamo creato un gradino per raccordare lo scarico wc del bagno personale (zona notte).

-Richiesta- Se possibile, creare un secondo bagno, piccolo ed essenziale, …..all’interno della camera da letto …..Cabina armadio nella camera da letto grande. …..

-soluzione- Il bagno “piccolo” della Vs. zona notte è stato pensato come una cellula da bagno turco chiusa da porte in vetro, totalmente rivestito in gres o mosaico racchiude un grande piatto doccia, tutti i sanitari una vera zona acquatica che si affaccia sulla cabina armadio attrezzata con grande guardaroba e spazio trucco.

-Richiesta- Balcone: prevedere delle tende davanti alla zona living e delle soluzioni per rendere piacevole ed accogliente una eventuale permanenza sul balcone (tavolino per colazione, eventuali grate e fioriere)…..

-soluzione- Brisoleil in doghe di larice su telaio in alluminio parte fissi e parte scorrevoli per creare una sc-hermatura e angoli ombra soluzione che permette di spostare la schermatura durante la giornata, tavolo per la colazione due poltroncine e piccole fioriere.

-Richiesta- Camera da letto piccola: possibile riduzione/modifica dello spazio (sarà utilizzata da una bambina di pochi anni)…..

-soluzione- La cameretta è molto accogliente e comoda tanto da pensare ad un eventuale lettino aggiunto, la piccola avrà tutto lo spazio necessario per i propri giochi.

-Richiesta- Creazione di eventuali ulteriori spazi (se possibili, sulla base della metratura a disposizione): a. Piccolo ripostiglio e/o spazi per conservare piccoli oggetti (valige etc)……

-soluzione- Conoscendo la necessità di spazio per tutte le attrezzature da mare dal canotto per la bimba all’ombrellone alle sdraio ……abbiamo riservato un grande ripostiglio talmente comodo da poter ospitare anche un letto…

Nel corridoio abbiamo previsto un grande armadio (dispensa, guardaroba, cambio biancheria camere…..)
