B. Request: 4 Macro areas, Capital House and Posta Si highlight it in the area of the store. Services of insurance, credit consultancy and Tax Return centres in discreet areas with privacy for the clients.
B. Solution: As requested, there are 4 areas:
- The Capital House and Posta Si will welcome the customers as they enter PluStore. Capital house have the Secretary Counter. Behind her the executive working place.
- The Waiting area will be locate it in the center of the area in order to spot all the services. The waiting area will have very comfortable chairs with coffee table with phone chargers included. Small table bar with Ipads where the customer can relax or access to Further Information / Advertisement, etc of PluStore. Also a small area for coffee machine and some snacks.
- The working areas of financial assistance and insurance are located behind Posta Si, while the Tax returns area are located behind Capital House. Both areas work as cubic partition semi-privacy workplaces. I propose different working space chair colors according to each of the services in order to easy recordation for the client as follows:
• Capital Money: Purple
• DSP Broker: Green
• CAF:Orange
- Behind the waiting Bar area, I proposed a close office were will be the Real State Owner and small meeting room for 6 people. If the space works, I proposed 2 communitive toilets (Women / Men) for customers and employees of the PluStore.
