Designing this apartment was a creative challenge to address the spatial constraints delimited by load bearing walls.
The design took up an an approach of minimalism, touching the structure lightly, the main course of action is to avoid any major demolitions but work around the existing spaces.
As a result the potential spatial spaces have been analyzed below and the best possible iterations explored further.
