The proposal meets all
the requirements. The bathroom, with private access from the room, is defined in two
zones: a dressing room with
make-up station and washbasin where it's possible to place cabinet or other containers, and a room with lavatory and bath-tub / shower, allowing the simultaneous use of the
two rooms, respecting privacy. The
walk-in closet, also defined in two
areas, remains hidden from the dividing walls and therefore
does not require a door, ensuring privacy and in
this order. It is recommended
to conclude the walling which defines the bathroom and the dressing through the
panels opaque glass so as to
allow the diffusion of natural
light in all rooms.
Both windows retain their current position.
The space is so diverse, it is suitable for
either a single or a couple.
