Progettare l’arredamento di una stanza sottotetto di ca. mq. 30 utili, posta al primo piano di una villa moderna di nuova costruzione. Il soffitto ha altezze e pendenze diverse, in quanto la falda del tetto è inclinata. La luce naturale è fornita da una porta finestra, una piccola finestra e un velux. L’obiettivo è quello di realizzare una camera “ospiti” che, in assenza dell’ospite, possa essere utilizzata come “grande” cabina armadio (per intenderci l’armadio che vedete in foto, e che verrà sostituito dalle vostre proposte di arredamento, dovrà essere raddoppiato come capienza). Utile il posizionamento di una piccola scrivania su cui appoggiare un notebook (preferenza per lavorare con luce naturale). Fornisco planimetrie pdf, dwg e foto dello stato attuale (solo per prendere visione degli spazi). L’arredamento attuale verrà sostituito. Il divano che vedete in foto è un divano-letto matrimoniale. E’ nuovo, ma anche questo sostituibile all’occorrenza. I pavimenti NON sono sostituibili. Con riferimento alle luci, sarebbe più semplice (dal punto di vista realizzativo) ipotizzarle perimetrali anziché a soffitto, oppure integrarle nei mobili e/o lampade.

Designing the furnishing of an attic room of approx. sqm. 30 useful, located on the first floor of a newly built modern villa. The ceiling has different heights and slopes, as the pitch of the roof is inclined. Natural light is provided by a French door, a small window and a velux. The goal is to create a “guest” room that, in the absence of the guest, can be used as a “large” walk-in closet (to be clear, the wardrobe you see in the photo, and which will be replaced by your furnishing proposals, will have to be doubled in capacity). It is useful to place a small desk on which to place a notebook (preference for working with natural light). I provide pdf and dwg plans and photos of the current state (just to view the spaces). The current furniture will be replaced. The sofa you see in the photo is a double sofa bed. It is new, but also replaceable if necessary. Floors are NOT replaceable. With reference to the lights, it would be easier (from the construction point of view) to hypothesize them perimeter rather than on the ceiling, or to integrate them into the furniture and / or lamps.

Diseñar el amueblamiento de una habitación abuhardillada de aprox. m2 30 útiles, ubicado en la primera planta de un chalet moderno de nueva construcción. El techo tiene diferentes alturas e inclinaciones, ya que la pendiente del techo está inclinada. La luz natural es proporcionada por una puerta francesa, una pequeña ventana y un velux. El objetivo es crear una habitación de “invitados” que, en ausencia del invitado, se pueda usar como un vestidor “grande” (para ser claros, el armario que ves en la foto, y que será reemplazado por sus propuestas de mobiliario, habrá que duplicar su capacidad). Es útil colocar un pequeño escritorio sobre el que colocar una libreta (preferencia por trabajar con luz natural). Proporciono planos y fotos en pdf y dwg del estado actual (solo para ver los espacios). Se sustituirá el mobiliario actual. El sofá que ves en la foto es un sofá cama doble. Es nuevo, pero también reemplazable si es necesario. Los pisos NO son reemplazables. En referencia a las luces, sería más fácil (desde el punto de vista constructivo) hipotetizarlas perimetrales que en el techo, o integrarlas en el mobiliario y/o lámparas.
