I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the Apartment (2Kids Rooms and bathroom rebuild with Main room renew) .
We have worked on designing your apartment to the point that we have reached the following result, which is shown in the sketches:
1- Two small rooms were created for children, each room having an area of no less than 12 square meters and containing a queen-sized bed, with different designs in each of them.
2- An L-shaped closet area was created for the master bedroom, with the existing bathroom expanded to include an additional shower within its configuration, so that the room itself contains a large square bed, two recliner chairs, and a wall containing the TV and a makeup table.
3- The apartment, after design, contains 3 bathrooms, one of which is very large and contains a bathtub sized 140*200 cm, while the rest of the bathrooms contain a shower only, with the bathroom furniture redistributed, including marble covers and modern white recessed LED lamps in the stone and gold style.
4- The current entrance was redesigned so that it became larger and contained a reception closet and a seat.
5- The kitchen door became adjacent to the main entrance, so we closed the kitchen with a wooden partition in order to preserve the privacy of the apartment and its residents.
Take these space divisions as general pointers, and allow your professionalism and imagination to re-evaluate, re-discuss, and redesign spaces to your liking to actually meet our basic needs:
Create two children's rooms with a maximum area of 9 m2
Have a "walk-in" shower in bathroom 02
Have a modern small swimming pool in one of the two large bathrooms 02 or 03
6- A special room for washing and ironing was designed opposite the third bathroom and next to the children’s rooms, as we can see from the plans.
