The first phase involves the use of about 640 sqft to achieve a complete apartment according to the client's needs.
Particular attention is addressed to the kitchen/living area.
This is an open space divisible with a double-sided modular wall, on which could be affixed a TV, (as you can see, we proposed also an alternative solution).
The bedroom has a comfortable and stylish closet. The entire project try to use the available space in the best way, with minimal and easy feasible works.
A precise functional choice was made for the bath, which is located between the inlet and the kitchen.
The second phase
As required by the customer, the second phase involves the entire house. Two new openings will be created: the first one to permit the access at the new bedroom, the second one to a western area with a new gym, a storage room, a new bathroom and a home cinema room. The last one will be characterized by an existing brick wall and by a portal built in brick also. Furthermore in this room a new window will be created to integrate that in the upper floor.
