Per la realizzazione del progetto dell'edificio si pensa che l'oggetto sarà realizzato su 3 livelli. Il livello sotterraneo sarà composto da 3 garage separati, ogni garage avrà il suo ingresso e l'interno sarà diviso con pareti per la massima sicurezza automobilistica. Il passaggio dal piano superiore sarà effettuato tramite scale che conducono al corridoio che collega i 3 appartamenti. Il piano terra avrà uno spazio aperto con un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone. Lo spazio avrà un'area di licenza che sarà separata dal portico esterno da un'auto di vetro che può essere aperta per creare uno spazio unico all'interno, i due appartamenti laterali avranno verande che si affacciano direttamente sul giardino. Gli appartamenti possono essere collegati tra loro in caso di necessità con una porta. Le scale interne collegheranno il piano terra al piano superiore che avrà 2 camere da letto, nei due appartamenti più piccoli ci sarà una camera matrimoniale con balcone e una camera più piccola, nell'appartamento centrale entrambi i letti saranno grandi e ognuno avrà il suo balcone proprio. All'esterno il collegamento con la natura sarà al centro del progetto, l'edificio sarà simmetrico con il blocco centrale con stucco giallo e due unità laterali con pannelli in legno. tutti gli spazi avranno auto che possono essere aperte per connettersi con la natura. In questo progetto, il rispetto per la natura sarà massimizzato preservando alberi e vegetazione esistenti.

The underground level will consist of 3 separate garages, each garage will have its own entrance and inside will be split with walls for maximum automobile safety. The passage from the upstairs will be made by stairs to the corridor connecting the 3 apartments. The ground floor will have an open space with a dining table for 4 people. The space will have a licensing area that will be separated from the outside porch by a glass car that can all be opened to make a unique space inside, the two side apartments will have verandas that overlook the garden directly. The apartments can be connected to each other if the need arises with a door. Interior stairs will connect the ground floor to the upper floor that will have 2 bedrooms, in the two smaller apartments there will be a matrimonial room with a balcony and a smaller room, in the central apartment both beds will be large and each will have its own balcony. In the exterior the connection to nature will be the focus of the project, the building will be symmetrical with the central block with yellow stucco and two wood-paneled side units. all spaces will have cars that can be opened to connect with nature. In this project, respect for nature will be maximized by preserving existing trees and greenery.
