La soluzione proposta consiste in una redistribuzione interna delle unità senza modificare i punti fermi come da voi indicato. Al piano tipo troviamo tre unità di cui due composte da living openspace con tre camere e due bagni, mentre una composta sempre da living openspace con due camere e due bagni. Al piano ultimo abbiamo sempre tre unità di cui una con tre camere e due bagni, mentre le altre con due camere e due bagni. Si è cercato di apportare attenzione a l’intera distribuzione interna delle singole unità proponendo varie soluzioni per ottimizzare gli spazi e rendere ben fruibili i singoli ambienti. Come si può riscontrare dalle planimetrie sono stati inseriti appositi spazi dove il cliente potrà collocare armadi a filo muro, o soluzioni sempre a scomparsa con zona lavanderia dedicata; inoltre i bagni nella maggioranza dei casi oltre ad essere incolonnati sono sempre finestrati per offrire un miglior ricircolo d’aria. La zona cucina è sempre di generose dimensioni ed in alcuni casi se richiesto può essere facilmente separata tramite pannelli scorrevoli.

The proposed solution consists of an internal redistribution of the units without changing the fixed points as indicated by you. On the standard floor we find three units, two of which consist of an open-space living room with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while one always consists of an open-space living room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the top floor we always have three units, one with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the others with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We tried to pay attention to the entire internal distribution of the individual units by proposing various solutions to optimize the spaces and make the individual rooms usable. As can be seen from the floor plans, special spaces have been inserted where the customer can place flush-to-the-wall wardrobes, or always disappearing solutions with a dedicated laundry area; furthermore, in most cases the bathrooms, in addition to being lined up, are always windowed to offer better air circulation. The kitchen area is always generously sized and in some cases, if requested, can be easily separated by sliding panels.
